Perched on the top floor with sweeping views of Edinburgh’s skyline, SKY Suite (formerly known as SKYBar) is the most exclusive and impressive space in our venue. With floor-to-ceiling windows and a direct line to Edinburgh Castle, it's the ideal setting for standout events.

Other meeting spaces…
In addition to SKY Suite, our Conference Centre features three purpose-built meeting rooms, accommodating groups from 1 to 200 delegates. Each space is equipped with built-in AV technology and supported by our on-site conference team to ensure a seamless and professional experience.
The Orchardfield
The largest function room and can be used in a multitude of ways - from gala dinners to conferences, training sessions to party nights. With its adjustable lighting and space for a dancefloor, DJ, band or speaker’s platform, this space is truly versatile.
Additionally, this room can be extended by utilising the adjoining door into our Rowan suite, allowing for a smaller seminar to run alongside it or alternatively a breakout area or bar.

The Rowan
This dedicated meeting room is tailored for small-scale meetings and boardroom sessions. Equipped with an LCD display featuring HDMI connectivity and an in-room coffee facility, it offers a professional environment designed to support productivity and collaboration.

The Hawthorne
Located on the lower ground floor, this room offers a discreet and focused environment, removed from the distractions of the city. It is fully equipped with integrated AV solutions, including a projector and screen, complemented by ergonomic seating and ample workspace. Ideal for examinations, training sessions, or any activities demanding a high level of concentration.
